Art Workshops
Lama Pema's dharma art workshops are a great opportunity to relax, focus and spend some quiet time with yourself. For the artistically inclined and the not so, Lama Pema makes everybody feel at home. Art workshops can last a day or more, depending on the understanding and interest level of the group and the project.
Art workshops which are currently available, to Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike are:
Introduction to Mandala art and
Introduction to Thangka painting.
Please note the mandala class refers to painted mandalas.
A typical day can open with meditation, mantra and prayer, or with refreshments and conversation! Whatever is appropriate for the participants.
